Refund Policy & Purchase Agreement

WHEN YOU COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE, YOU, THE BUYER, ARE CLAIMING THAT YOU HAVE READ, ACCEPTED, AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. WHICH INCLUDES A ZERO REFUND POLICY. THAT MEANS THAT NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED.

E-Stealth.com, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE, OF THE WEB SITES, PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR WRITTEN MATERIALS IN THE TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS OR OTHERWISE. While the product, including software, you are purchasing is believed to be free of defect and useful for the purpose intended, there is no warranty that this, in fact, is accurate. There is no guarantee that this product will do what it claims to do; there is no guarantee that it will not harm yours or someone else's computer; there is no warranty that it has commercial viability.
2. REFUND POLICY
The product, service or membership referenced herein is sold with a no refund policy allowed. All sales are final!
3. CREDIT CARD CHARGES AND CREDIT CARD FRAUD PENALTIES
Buyer warrants that he or she is over 18 years of age, not subject to the Child Online Privacy Act, of legal age to enter into contractual agreements in the state in which he is present when he makes this purchase, and is the true and authorized owner of the credit card used to make this purchase. Any Buyer who violates any of these requirements may be liable for civil or criminal prosecution and agrees to pay liquidated damages of an amount the equivalent of US$10,000 per fraudulent transaction, plus actual damages, and agrees that all information collected by this website may be used for prosecution and may be turned over to law enforcement agencies or to credit card companies and merchant service providers.
If the true and/or authorized owner of the credit card attempts to commit fraud upon the Seller, he authorizes each and every credit card company or merchant service provider to disclose to the Seller all information that could be construed as proof of credit card fraud. Any Buyer who attempts to perpetrate a fraud upon Seller involving the use of a credit card herewith gives authorization for the Seller to access all credit information about the Buyer from credit reporting agencies and also authorizes the Seller to discover all relevant information from any source about the fraudulent practices of the Buyer and to reveal such information to credit reporting agencies, credit card companies, merchant service providers, and law enforcement agencies.
** IMPORTANT ** PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING **
Buyer agrees that if he uses trickery to receive more than one refund, or if he causes a fraudulent dispute claim that results in a chargeback against the Seller's account, that the Seller is authorized to re-charge the Buyer's credit card that was used for the original purchase to the extent that will make the Seller whole. Buyer agrees to, in addition to actual damages, pay to the Seller liquidated damages of an amount equivalent to US$10,000 for every separate fraudulent action Buyer commits.
4. CONSENT TO JURISDICTION AND FORUM SELECTION
The Purchaser agrees that all actions or proceedings arising in connection with the purchase of products from E-Stealth.com, LLC shall be tried and litigated exclusively in the State courts located in the County of Madison, State of Alabama. The aforementioned choice of venue is mandatory in nature, thereby precluding the possibility of litigation between the parties with respect to or arising out of the purchase of products from E-Stealth.com, LLC in any jurisdiction other than that specified in this paragraph. Purchaser hereby waives any right it may have to assert the doctrine of forum non conveniens or similar doctrine or to object to venue with respect to any proceeding brought in accordance with this paragraph, and stipulates that the State Courts located in the County of Madison, State of Alabama, shall have in personam jurisdiction and venue over the Purchaser for the purpose of litigating any dispute, controversy, or proceeding arising out of or related to purchase of any product from E-Stealth.com, LLC. The Purchaser authorizes and accepts service of process sufficient for personal jurisdiction in any action against Purchaser as contemplated by this paragraph by certified mail.
